The primary goal of this application is to enhance and enrich the customer dining experience while ensuring minimum human intervention.
The customer is able to browse the menu, which is divided into multiple sub menus as desired by the restaurant, select the items that they like to order. The customer can also view the recipe of the item, see videos, pictures, customer feedback, and so on. The customer also has the ability to order water, request for bill, call waiter thru the application. Apart from the customer functions, the application has features like table booking, floor plans, table status ect. The application also features extensive reports for the managers to view and analyze data.
The application is designed to run on iPad, any Android tablet and Windows 7 tablets.
